Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Account Support Associate. This is a remote work position based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Account Support Associate at Clicks Group, you will be responsible for providing support to the account management team in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Assist the account management team in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships with customers - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to any issues or concerns they may have - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads - Prepare reports and analyze data to track account performance and identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales presentations - Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to the team - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers - Hardworking and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
