Job Description - Approved Repair Centre Manager

SUMMARY:
- POSITION INFO:

Duties : Manage and organise a profitable approved repair centre, Delivering high quality service that is focused on customer satisfaction, Responsible for mentoring and leading all repair centre staff. Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Manager for Approved Repair Centre.
Must have automotive Dealership experience with brands like Audi, Mercedes, and BMW etc.
Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Computer literate (Office suite).
Valid Driver’s license.
Qualified Motor Technician (A – certification).
Management diploma.
An effective understanding of financial budgeting principals.
