Call Centre Manager

We are in search of a highly motivated and professional Call centre manager to join our sales department in Centurion Duties: To manage a call centre by maintaining a professional relationship with staff and ensuring excellent customer service Requirements:

• Must be available immediately
• Minimum 5 years experience as a call centre manager
• Minimum 8 years sales experience
• Debt order experience (Beneficial)
• Good admin skills
• Matric (Required)
• Own transport
• Must be Computer Literate
• Excellent Telephone Etiquette
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service skills
• Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans
• Must live in or around Centurion
