Job Description:
Bidcorp is seeking a motivated and passionate Chat Support Assistant to join our remote team based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate level team member, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through chat support to our global client base.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat platforms in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries - Proficiency in typing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to change and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Motivated to provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations - Passion for helping others and creating positive experiences
