Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Bidcorp is looking for a motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our remote team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of chat support representatives to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the chat support team - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company policies - Train and onboard new chat support representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and customer satisfaction - Analyze chat support metrics and develop reports for management - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Proven track record of driving results and meeting KPIs - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation - Ability to make quick and effective decisions - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
