Barloworld is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate, resilient, and possess strong creativity and project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex problems. 4. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions. 5. Assist with training new chat support team members. 6. Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying trends and suggesting solutions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 3. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 4. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 5. No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must. 6. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects effectively.
