Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Aspen Pharmacare is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Client Relations Associate. This is a full-time remote position based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our clients. This includes responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.

Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Resolving client issues and complaints effectively - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Analyzing client feedback and making recommendations for improvement - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent decision-making abilities - Creative problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and resilient personality traits
