Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Representative to join our team at Kumba Iron Ore. This is a full-time remote position based in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa. As an Entry Level position, we require at least one year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and service - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues in a timely and effective manner - Provide accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and company policies - Track and analyze client interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all client communications and documentation - Meet and exceed client satisfaction and retention goals set by the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Motivated and energetic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional client service
