Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

The Liberty Group is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Client Service Representative to join our remote team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction - Communicate effectively with clients through phone, email, and other communication channels - Work closely with other team members to coordinate and fulfill client requests - Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding our products and services - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client retention and growth - Meet and exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client service or customer service role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset - Experience in people management and leadership roles is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
