Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team at Alexander Forbes. This is a remote work position based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client support or related fields.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of client support specialists to deliver excellent service to our clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with other departments to address client issues and ensure timely resolution - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with senior management to develop goals and objectives for the client support team - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Passionate and driven to provide exceptional service to clients - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
