Remgro, a leading company in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.
As a Client Support Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. You will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services, and providing feedback to the sales and product development teams.
The ideal candidate for this role will be driven and confident, with excellent people management and problem-solving skills. You should have a passion for customer service and a knack for building strong relationships with clients.
