Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing Proposals for Complex Opportunities Business Development
- Technical Sales
- Ensuring that the Spare part and machines sales process is managed in a professional and profitable manner to support the division
- Identifying staff training requirements and to co-ordinate training activities for all Customer Services staff
- Ensuring that Customer Services staff adhere to work instructions and procedures.
- Weekly and monthly sales analyses for spare parts sold
Educational Requirements:
- A Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum of Trade Qualification as Millwright or Engineering Supervisor (National Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Preferred)
Competences, skills and experience:
- Supervisory training
- 5 Years experience in underground or Surface Mining Equipment Maintenance,
- Salesforce experience will be advantageous
- Proven Supervisory skills
- Experience with and knowledge of Epiroc administrative processes
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of related ERP systems and MS Excel
- Experience in Service Administration and staff supervision
- Valid driver's license
