Are you an administrative whiz with a vibrant personality and a knack for building lasting relationships? Our Client is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to join their dynamic team and support the Part Sales Representative in delivering exceptional service to valued customers.

Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Part Sales Representative in generating quotes and processing orders promptly and accurately.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized assistance.
Provide outstanding administrative support, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Competitive Market related salary, which will be negotiabe based on experience
