Job Description:
As a Customer Success Assistant at Mr Price Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving their concerns, and guiding them through our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers through various channels, such as email, phone, and chat, to provide assistance and resolve issues promptly. 2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote customer retention and upsell additional products or services. 5. Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers with their inquiries. 7. Assist in creating customer success resources, such as FAQs, tutorials, and guides, to enhance self-service options for clients.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Hardworking and dedicated with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations. 3. Possess emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills to handle challenging customer interactions effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. 6. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools. 7. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
