Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Harmony Gold is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Success Representative to join our team on a remote basis in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products or services. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement. 5. Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure continued satisfaction. 7. Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Strong analytical and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. 4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 5. Previous experience in customer service or related roles. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Motivated and resilient attitude.
