Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

About the client:

Our client is a leading digital marketing agency based in the USA with very specific and targeted clients. They are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative who has the right people skills to successfully fulfill this role. 

 

About the role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing exceptional service. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with clients.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answer customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
  • Educate customers on product features, usage, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Record and maintain detailed and accurate customer interactions and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system.
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Share customer feedback with the relevant teams to enhance products or services.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to share customer insights and contribute to the improvement of products and services.
  • Uphold a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Should be proficient in speaking English with customer support experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare or taxes/finance niche.

 

Position:  Customer Support Specialist

Remote Status:  Fully Remote

Preferred Location:  Global

Working Hours:  9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST

Holidays:  US Local Holidays

Salary:  USD 1000 - USD 1200
