Job Description - Fabric & Fashion Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about fashion and staying ahead of global trends? Our client is looking for an experienced individual to join their dynamic team as a Fabric and Fashion Specialist! Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience in garment manufacturing, fabric merchandising or fashion.
  • Must possess substantial experience in the Fashion and Fabric industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

Global Fashion Trend Research:
  • Dive deep into global fashion trends, emerging styles, and consumer preferences.
  • Analyse market data to spot potential opportunities and threats in the fashion industry.
  • Use insights to shape product development and marketing strategies.
Consultative Selling:
  • Showcase the unique value of our products/services to potential clients.
  • Listen actively to understand client needs, offering tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships and trust through effective communication and expertise.
Meeting and Presentation:
  • Organize virtual or in-person meetings with prospective clients.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Adapt presentation style to suit diverse audiences.
Relationship Building :
  • Nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-up communications.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Anticipate client needs and offer proactive assistance.
Market & Trend Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Monitor shifts in consumer behaviour to anticipate future demand.
  • Identify new business opportunities based on market insights.
