POSITION INFO:
Location: Isando, Kempton Park
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Acumatica Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial accounting skills, proficiency in Acumatica ERP software, and the ability to perform detailed financial analyses to support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records using Acumatica ERP software.
• Collaborate with field service teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions related to service operations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review, including variance analysis and trend analysis.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support external audits by providing documentation and explanations of financial transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance , or related field.
• CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a field service or related industry.
• Proficiency in Acumatica ERP software or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
