Guest Services Executives | Dubai | Iconic Luxury Hotels Brand
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced GUEST SERVICES EXECUTIVES to join the Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams. As a Guest Services Executive at one of the most iconic hotel brands in the UAE, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, exceeding their expectations, and upholding the standards of our esteemed brand.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to the hotel.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and lobby area at all times.
Concierge
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests regarding local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
- Arrange transportation, tours, and restaurant reservations for guests as requested.
- Handle luggage storage and delivery services with care and attention to detail.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of events and services in the surrounding area.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance to enhance their stay.
Guest Relations
- Build strong relationships with guests and address any concerns or feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate special requests and arrangements to ensure a memorable and personalized experience for guests.
- Conduct guest satisfaction surveys and follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met.
- Assist in resolving any issues or disputes to the satisfaction of the guest and the hotel.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the values and ethos of the hotel to guests at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and hotel management software.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
