Head of Site & Service Sales

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Head of Site & Service Sales for West Africa to lead, direct and control the sales and business development activities in the West Africa Cluster with significant impact on group results. You will manage this business function to achieve its short and long-term safety, financial, and operating objectives, as set by the overall sales and service strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to long-term strategy and provides clear leadership for strategic direction in the designated area.
• Develops vision, strategy, business plans, and budgets in alignment with the company’s sales strategy.
• Sets sales targets and monitors performance for the area of responsibility.
• Manages sales, contribution margins, and business development within the designated area.
• Leads and develops the sales team to achieve objectives.
• Represents the area of responsibility to external parties.
• Fosters a culture of safety for the team and others impacted by operational activities.

Requirements : Qualification and Skill

• A Minimum 10 years in the mining industry, including 5 years in leadership.
• At least 5 years in business development with proven success in expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• Postgraduate business qualification strongly preferred.
• Exceptional financial and business insight.
• Established network within the mineral processing industry.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing team members and leaders.
• Skilled in building a unified, customer-focused sales team.
• Ghanaian Nationals are encouraged to apply
