Human Capital Service Delivery Manager

SUMMARY:
A well-established short term insurer is seeking to appoint a Human Capital Service Delivery Manager
Is responsible for implementing the human capital strategy, identifying, and managing human capital strategic and operational risks as well as ensuring an effective and efficient service delivery model.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Completed Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Advantageous: NQF Level 8 qualification in Human Resource Management or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Manager/ Business Partner.
• 3-5 years in-depth payroll exposure
• Operating at the level of a professionally qualified, experienced specialists and mid-management.
• Must have experience working in non-life insurance environment.
