Responsibilities • Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations
• Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies, and processes
• Deliver solutions to logistics problems
• Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs
• Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock movements
• Identify savings in the logistics process
• Interpret trends and analyze data
• Provide meaningful logistics data to aid customer service and cost improvements
• Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental systems are in place
• Psychometric testing for shortlisted candidates
Requirements • Post Graduate Logistics qualification / degree preferred
• 5 years' experience in logistics/supply chain/transportation
• 2 years Management experience
• Experience in FMCG environment advantageous
• Proven management skills
• Highly skilled communicator
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Customer focused
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong planning skills
• Excellent attention to detail
Key Skills Needed • Comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures
