Key Responsibilities:

  • Simple Research: Conducting basic research tasks to gather information relevant to our clients services and social media accounts.
  • Account Setup in Multiple Systems, Including Asana: Assisting in the setup of accounts across various platforms and systems, with a focus on project management tool Asana.
  • Assets Creation: Collaborating with team members to create or compile assets needed for the onboarding process, including documentation, templates, or presentation materials.
  • Support in Tracking Clients Progress: Providing support in monitoring and tracking the progress of clients through various stages of onboarding, ensuring all necessary steps are completed smoothly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Asana or Similar Platforms: Experience or familiarity with project management tools like Asana is helpful.
  • Understanding of Domains: Basic knowledge of domain registration and management is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Business Pages and Account Admin Sharing: Proficiency in managing Facebook business pages and navigating admin settings is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Google Business Profile: Understanding how to set up and optimize Google Business Profiles for both individual locations and organizations can be beneficial.
