Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description: Barloworld in Pretoria, Gauteng is seeking a skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience in account management and support.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any queries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account activities and deliverables - Provide support and guidance to junior account support staff - Monitor account performance and prepare reports for senior management - Identify trends and opportunities for improvement within client accounts


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in account management or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Confidence in dealing with clients and overcoming objections - Ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams and persuade others to achieve common goals
