Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Account Support Manager to join our team at Absa Group Limited in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate-level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and managing their accounts effectively.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Analyze account data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Develop and execute account management strategies to meet client goals and objectives - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver on client needs - Prepare and present reports on account performance and recommendations for improvement - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients - Provide training and support to junior account support staff as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5 years of experience in account management or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently - Proficient in research and able to analyze data effectively - Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
