Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Absa Group Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an industry leader in financial services, we are looking for a talented individual to provide exceptional support to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services - Manage client accounts and ensure all relevant information is up-to-date - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback - Analyze data and create reports to track client performance and identify trends - Provide training and support to clients on how to use our products and services effectively


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Proven experience in account management or client support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Adaptability and resilience to handle challenging situations - Creativity and cooperation to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
