Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team at Tiger Brands. As a Remote Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This position will be based remotely in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA.
Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all client needs - Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets - Provide exceptional customer support, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services and the highest level of customer satisfaction - Analyze account performance and provide regular reports to management, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market - Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, contracts, and other business terms
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and negotiation skills - Driven and resourceful with a passion for exceeding customer expectations - Ability to work independently and remotely, while still collaborating effectively with a team - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
