Job Description:
As a Remote Account Support Manager at Foschini Group, you will be responsible for managing and supporting accounts remotely in the Soweto, Gauteng region. Your primary role will be to ensure the smooth operation and growth of our accounts by providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling any inquiries or issues that may arise - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets - Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve - Provide training and support to clients on using our products and services effectively - Maintain accurate records of account activity and track progress against goals - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 5 years of experience in account management or sales - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Must be able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
