Job Description: Vodacom Group is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing a flexible work environment for the right candidate. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and facilitate the resolution of issues - Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring clear communication and alignment on expectations - Analyze account data and provide insights to drive strategic decisions and improve overall account performance - Develop account management strategies that align with company goals and objectives - Provide support and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development within the team
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in account management or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Reliable and driven personality traits - Demonstrated leadership and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks
