Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Investec is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Account Support Specialist in our Soweto, Gauteng office. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to clients by managing their accounts and addressing any inquiries or issues they may have - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for clients - Conduct research on market trends and investment opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new business opportunities - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client accounts - Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date - Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
