Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


Capitec Bank is seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, resolving their queries, providing information on products and services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or feedback - Providing information on products, services, and promotions to customers - Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the system - Meeting performance targets and KPIs set by the company - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems - Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
