Job Description:
Netcare, a leading healthcare provider in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, is seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, dedicated, have strong decision-making skills, and are innovative in their approach to customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound/outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders with professionalism and empathy. 2. Assist callers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and other related tasks. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the company's database. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by Netcare.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in basic computer applications. 6. Must have a quiet workspace at home with reliable internet access. 7. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required.
