Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Officer to join our team at Vodacom Group. This position is a work-from-home opportunity based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Meet or exceed targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures. 7. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer information.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Independent and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
