Job Description:


Adcock Ingram is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers in a professional and courteous manner - Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Inputting and updating customer information in the company database - Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs - Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
