Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Mondi Group is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, and possess strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and escalations, providing solutions in a timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets. 5. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers. 6. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
