Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative at Sasol in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers to address their inquiries, resolve complaints, provide information, and offer solutions. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of interactions, follow communication procedures, and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. 3. Providing information about products and services to customers. 4. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department. 5. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 6. Following communication scripts and procedures. 7. Staying up to date on company products, services, and promotions. 8. Working collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals. 9. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times. 10. Meeting performance targets and KPIs set by management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills. 5. Resilient and hardworking personality traits required. 6. Presentation and innovation soft skills preferred. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
