Job Description - Call Center Specialist


Job Description:


Adcock Ingram is currently seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and timely - Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptability and confidence to handle various customer situations - Attention to detail and persuasion skills - High school diploma or equivalent
