Job Description:
Pick n Pay Stores is currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Call Center Specialist in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level staff member, the Call Center Specialist must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general questions. 2. Process orders accurately and efficiently through our system. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times. 5. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 6. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering customer information. 7. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and targets. 8. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
