Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Call Center Specialist at Nedbank Group, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. We are looking for dedicated and independent individuals who have a passion for customer service and are committed to exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their banking inquiries. 3. Process transactions, update customer accounts, and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently. 4. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 5. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions with customers. 6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times. 7. Continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Must have a dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection. 7. Comfortable using technology and learning new software applications. 8. Must be able to work full-time hours and adhere to a set schedule.
