Job Description:
Standard Bank Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately assist customers with inquiries about our services. 5. Contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of written English. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. 4. Proficiency in using chat support tools and platforms. 5. Proven track record of problem-solving and conflict resolution. 6. Motivated and reliable with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
