Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team at Sasol in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a Remote Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through live chat communication.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through live chat - Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries - Make decisions to escalate issues to higher levels of support when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions quickly and effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of customer relationship management software - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
