Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

MMI Holdings is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a fulltime Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing our remote chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of remote chat support agents to achieve team goals and targets - Monitor and evaluate chat support metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement - Provide ongoing training and development for chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer queries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5 years of experience in chat support or customer service roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of managing a remote team effectively - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Team player with a collaborative mindset - Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems
