Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Netcare is seeking a motivated and adaptable Chat Support Specialist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA on a full-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently while still being a team player.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Monitor chat support performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong strategic planning and cooperation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
