Client Relations Assistant

As a Client Relations Assistant at Aspen Pharmacare in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This full-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and reports - Participate in client meetings and follow up on action items as needed - Monitor client contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and renewal as necessary - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts - Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and analyze results to make recommendations for improvement - Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to better serve clients and anticipate their needs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client relations or account management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Driven and resourceful attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent presentation skills and ability to think critically to solve problems - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
