Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Mondi Group is seeking a passionate and independent Client Relations Assistant to join our team and work remotely from Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a client relations or customer service role and possess excellent planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Assist in the creation and implementation of client communication strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables - Track and report on client satisfaction metrics and feedback - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve processes and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent planning and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible and adaptable to change
