Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

MTN Group is looking for a Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate level position, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients - Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Resourceful and hardworking mindset - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
