Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Clicks Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This role is crucial in driving business growth and fostering long-term partnerships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relations and improve overall client experience - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Organize and attend client meetings, presentations, and events to build rapport and strengthen relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our services remain competitive in the market

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Motivated and energetic with a passion for building relationships and exceeding client expectations - Creativity and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
