Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Imperial Logistics is looking for a proactive and energetic Client Relations Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, with the flexibility to work from home. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. - Gather client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities from existing clients. - Assist in creating and implementing client retention strategies to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. - Collaborate with internal departments to optimize client services and processes. - Prepare reports on client activities, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements: - Energetic individual with strong interpersonal skills and a reliable work ethic. - Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems independently. - Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data to inform business strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
