Job Description:
As a Client Relations Representative at Aspen Pharmacare, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues they may have. You will work remotely from home, providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Understand and meet the needs of clients by providing them with accurate information and solutions - Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to clients based on their needs - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client satisfaction
Requirements: - Adaptability and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Strong planning and persuasion skills to effectively engage with clients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of success in a client relations or customer service role - Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
