Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Nedbank Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues that may arise - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Provide timely and accurate feedback to management regarding client concerns or suggestions for improvement
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and meeting client needs - Critical thinking skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
